IndiGo on Thursday said it had inadvertently left behind the luggage of 37 passengers who were flying from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam.
In a statement, the airline said it is ensuring safe delivery of all luggage to customers' addresses in Visakhapatnam and regrets the inconvenience caused to passengers.
"We confirm that 37 pieces of luggage were inadvertently left behind for flight 6E 409 departing from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam," it said.
